Community Service Foundation offers home buyers seminar

PINELLAS COUNTY – The Community Service Foundation will sponsor a First Time Home Buyers Seminar on Saturday, Sept. 9, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Pinellas County Cooperative Extension; on Tuesdays, Sept. 12 and 19, 6 to 9 p.m., at the Sunshine Center; and on Tuesdays, Sept. 26 and Oct. 3, 6 to 9 p.m., at St. Petersburg North Branch Library.
The foundation also will offer a Household Budgeting Seminar on Thursdays, Sept. 14 and 21, 6 to 9 p.m., at the Largo Community Center.
The free, two-part First Time Home Buyers Seminar will help first-time home buyers go through the process of purchasing a home and qualifying for down payment and closing costs assistance. The free, two-part Household Budgeting Seminar will provide guidance to people needing assistance with budgeting or saving to buy a home. Registration is required.
