SPC enrollment continues to increase

ST. PETERSBURG – Enrollment at St. Petersburg College has been increasing at a rapid rate, especially enrollment in the college’s online classes.
Total enrollment for the 2007-08 academic year, including fall, spring and summer semesters, totaled 182,442 students, up 11 percent over the previous year. Enrollment in online classes was up more than 12 percent, and accounted for 31.5 percent of all SPC enrollments for the year.
Fall classes began on Aug. 25.
