Pinellas County government offices will close on Monday, Nov. 12, in observance of Veterans Day.
The courts of the Sixth Judicial Circuit (Pinellas and Pasco) will not be in session, except for first-appearance advisory hearings and emergency situations.
The Solid Waste Administration Building and HEC3 will be closed. The scalehouse and landfill will remain open.
The Florida Botanical Gardens, county parks and county preserves will remain open. However, annual beach and boat ramp parking permits will not be available for sale, as the administrative offices of Parks and Conservation Resources will be closed.
The Environmental Education Center at Brooker Creek Preserve, the Cultural and Natural History Center at Weedon Island Preserve and Heritage Village are closed Mondays as part of their regular hours of operation.
The offices and adoption center at Pinellas County Animal Services will be closed.
Pinellas County Health Department also announced that it would be closed Nov. 12.
Pinellas County facilities and health department will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
