PINELLAS COUNTY - If your holiday shopping includes searching for a new home, Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority is offering low 6.1 percent fixed-rate, 30-year mortgages for residents looking to purchase a home in Pinellas, Pasco or Polk counties.
If you have not owned a home in three years or more, call 800-806-5154. Even if you do not qualify for one of the programs, the Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority can assist with a referral to a prime lender who will find a mortgage that is right for you.
The Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County is dedicated to assuring that financing for affordable housing remains available for the residents of the Pinellas, Pasco and Polk communities.
