LARGO - In conjunction with Florida School Volunteer Month, Pinellas County Schools recently announced the 2013-14 Outstanding School Volunteers.

Pinellas County School Board members will honor the Outstanding School Volunteers at the Feb. 25 board meeting.

The 15 Outstanding School Volunteers represent nearly 24,000 volunteers who partner with Pinellas County Schools to promote academic achievement and who have donated approximately 400,000 hours of volunteer service so far this school year.

The Outstanding School Volunteers and overall category winners will be honored at a special celebration breakfast on April 24 at Feather Sound Country Club in Clearwater.
