MADEIRA BEACH – Madeira Beach Fundamental School plans its annual Fish Fry Festival Saturday, March 15, noon to 6 p.m. at the school, 581 Tom Stuart Causeway.
Fish meals $6, which includes fish, beans, coleslaw and roll and drinks.
The event is the school PTSA’s major fundraiser. It benefits the school and is primarily supported by donations from businesses and the community.
The public is invited. This year the event will feature two stages of live entertainment and auctions featuring gift certificates for restaurants, specialty shops, theme parks and sporting events.
Students also will have an opportunity to splash a staff member in the ever popular splash tank, climb the rock wall, run through the adrenaline maze, bounce houses and much more. The Rays Street Team featuring Raymond will also be on hand. Car Show is also open to the public and vehicles of all types are welcome.
Everyone is invited to stop by and enjoy a meal featuring freshly fried or baked fish among other items. Donations for the auction are needed, as well as sponsors for T-shirts and game booths. Advertisement opportunities are also available.
