TREASURE ISLAND - The Kiwanis Club of Gulf Beaches, is sponsoring Mardi Gras Ball on Friday  Feb. 12, at the Gulfport Casino, 5500 Shore Blvd. in Gulfport.

Tickets are $20 and available now until sold out. Proceeds benefit children’s charities.

Dance the night away to the beats of authentic Cajun zydeco, blues and jazz. Greet the Mardi Gras King and Queen. Meet St. Louis Cardinal and former Tampa Rays pitcher, Trever Miller and his wife Pari.

Partygoers are encouraged to get into the Mardi Gras spirit by dancing the night away for a good cause and dressing with flair, however, colorful masks and elegant costumes are optional.

Ticket price will include lip smacking Louisiana cuisine and a cash bar will be available.

Ticket sales and a silent auction will benefit a variety of Kiwanis charities including Pinellas Hope, and H.E.A.T., a Pinellas schools project that assist homeless children and their parents.

For more information or to purchase tickets, please visit www.KiwanisGulfBeaches.com, or call Carol at 727-398-1360.
