TREASURE ISLAND – The Gulf Beaches Rotary Club is seeking volunteers to sell tickets and work the beer and wine concession at the third annual Treasure Island Spring Fling March 14-17 on the beach behind the Bilmar Beach Resort.
Volunteers will receive a meal ticket, drink ticket, commemorative T-shirt and free beach parking.
Volunteers also can sign up by sending an email to dfagan100@msn.com or by calling Dennis Fagan at 643-7111.
The four-day event will feature a selection of carnival rides, midway games, live entertainment and food vendors.
All proceeds go back to the community in the form of donations to SPC student scholarships, Pinellas Educational Foundation, Rotary Camp Florida, Doorway/Save Scholarships, Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, Guardian ad Litem, Bill Edwards’ Family Foundation, Eckerd College Search and Rescue, local food banks, local children’s summer programs and others.
