MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENTAL POWERS
Shall the City Charter, pursuant to Ordinance 994, be amended to provide that the City shall have all governmental, corporate, and proprietary powers to enable it to conduct municipal government, and render regular municipal functions and services and to correct references to the Intra Coastal Waterway and to provide that all meetings of the Board of Commissioners shall be open to the public and to add the word ‘Florida’ to Section 1.6?

ELECTION QUALIFICATIONS AND TERM COMMENCEMENT DATE
