Shall Chapter 68, Article VII, Supplementary Lot and Use regulations, Section 68-431 of the Land Development Regulations of the City of Treasure Island, Florida, pertaining to the height allowances set forth in the schedule of lot and bulk regulations be amended in accordance with Ordinance No. 04-02, so as to increase the total height limitation by five feet for all commercial and residential structures?
