TREASURE ISLAND - A city of Treasure Island bridge replacement project in Isle of Capri will result in a temporary reclaimed water outage during construction activity on Monday, March 11.
The contractor will be working along the southwestern end of the bridge where the existing 12-inch subaqueous reclaimed water line is located. The reclaimed water valves that supply the island will be temporarily turned off during this construction activity on March 11.
In the event that the 12-inch subaqueous reclaimed water line is impacted during the construction work, Pinellas County will install a temporary reclaimed water line to supply the Isle of Capri neighborhood. If the temporary line is needed, additional information will be provided to residents impacted by the outage.
If the reclaimed water line is not impacted by the construction, the temporary bypass line will not need to be installed and the existing reclaimed water line will remain in service at its present location.
