Groundbreaking for sculpture slated

REDINGTON BEACH – A groundbreaking for the Twin Towers Memorial sculpture at Friendship Park in Redington Beach is set for Saturday, May 3, 10 a.m.

Redington Beach artist Vladimir Hostomsky has donated his original sculpture titled “9/11 World Trade Center,” which will be placed in the park.

Memorial engraved bricks will be offered for sale and donations will be accepted.

Friendship Park is across from Redington Beach Town Hall at 105 164th Ave.
