Gulf Beaches Library to host summer children’s programs

MADEIRA BEACH – The Gulf Beaches Public Library will host a summer children’s program in June and July.

Participants can read books to earn prizes. The program will feature a variety of shows including:

• June 5 – Allan Lieberman, music and singing;

• June 12 – Katie Adams, Florida folktale storytelling;

• June 19 – American Red Cross, puppet show about safety;

• June 26 – Mark the Balloon Guy, magic show;

• July 3 – Banana Boy, reading with reptiles;

• July 10 – Mad Science: spin, pop, boom special event;

• July 17 – Movie day with snacks and drinks;

• July 24 – Amazing Balloon Hats (registration required for this event).

The library is at 200 Municipal Drive. Call 391-2828.
