NORTH REDINGTON BEACH – The DoubleTree Beach Resort by Hilton Tampa Bay/North Redington Beach has been awarded the prestigious Pride Award, Crystal Cookie Award and Social Media Engagement Award by the DoubleTree by Hilton brand as part of its 2013 Brand Awards program, the results of which were announced in early March 2014.
This year marks the seventh consecutive year the hotel has won the Pride Award and the fourth year for winning the Crystal Cookie Award.
The Pride Award recognizes the Top 10 DoubleTree hotels worldwide for the quality of service they deliver and quality of the hotel itself, as scored by guests for the entire year. This is the ultimate award from DoubleTree and is given to the Top 5 Hotels in Quality as rated by guest surveys, guest loyalty and quality assurance scores.
The Crystal Cookie Award recognizes the Top 10 DoubleTree hotels worldwide that best exhibit the DoubleTree CARE Culture in their local community through outreach efforts both as a hotel and through individual team member efforts.
The Social Media Engagement Award is presented to the top three DoubleTree hotels worldwide that are most engaged with their guests via Social Media.
