TREASURE ISLAND – A memorial service for longtime Treasure Island resident and District 2 Commissioner Butch Ellsworth is Sunday, Oct. 21, 2 p.m., at The Club at Treasure Island, 400 Treasure Island Causeway.
A celebration of life will follow.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that residents and friends make a donation to Friends of Strays or Pinellas County Humane Society.
Ellsworth died Monday, Oct. 8, at Tampa General Hospital. The cause of death was a heart attack.
