TREASURE ISLAND – Benjamin’s Studios plans Light Up the Sky, a unique Christmas celebration of loved ones, Saturday, Dec. 1, 6 to 10 p.m., on First Street in downtown Treasure Island.
The event will be a Chill Lounge-style party with music, dancing, food and a cash bar.
There also will be a children’s section available run by the Friendship Church of Treasure Island.
Those attending are asked to donate an unwrapped toy or gift for a child.
Monetary donations will be accepted as well. Donations will go to the Joshua Foundation, in memory of Joshua Ferqueron who died three years ago. Collections from the Joshua Foundation will be donated to the Edwards Family Foundation, which annually has given to less fortunate children.
The evening will conclude with a fireworks celebration at 10 p.m.
