The rates are as follows: Single residences, including single family homes, apartments, condos, motel manager or owner’s quarters, mobile home manager or owner’s lot, and recreational vehicle manager or owner’s lot, $190; Motel rental units, $95; vacant lots, $25; unplatted land per acre, $54; commercial units up to 500 square feet, $216, with an additional 20 cents per square foot over 500 square feet; mobile home and recreational vehicle lot rental spaces, $95; fuel pumps, $555; above ground oil storage tanks, 5,000 gallons or less, $420, with an additional $15 per 1,000 gallons or fraction of over that 5,000; hotel rooms, $315 with $45 per additional room.
A fee increase of $55 per parcel had been considered for the March 2006 referendum, but was withdrawn.
