Celebrate Greenfest in IRB

INDIAN ROCKS BEACH – COTI Community Christian School will host Greenfest, Saturday, May 31, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Church of the Isles parking lot and the grassy field at COTI Community Christian School on 24th Avenue.
Greenfest will celebrate what’s ecologically working in the community for people, businesses, and the environment. Local nonprofit organizations will provide “green information” with great how-to workshops, along with local eco-friendly businesses providing everything from all-natural products, organic produce, green building/construction to local arts and crafters. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be available with other food vendors participating.
The kids will enjoy fun activities including earth conscious arts and crafts, a bouncy house, hands-on experience with a city firetruck, face painting and healthy treats.
Sponsors include Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty and Crunchy Mama.
