BELLEAIR BLUFFS – Liza Campa-Flanagan, a certified financial planner at the office of Raymond James Financial Services Inc., 645 N. Indian Rocks Road, recently completed the Financial Planner Series for Small Business, according to Patrick Daxon, vice president of Raymond James’ Wealth, Retirement & Portfolio Solutions group.
The Financial Planner Series is a professional development program that focuses on retirement planning, income and estate tax planning, risk management and investment options for small business owners and executives. During this series of three multi-day seminars, advisers also gain a deeper knowledge of the technical, computer and administrative aspects of their business to better serve their clients with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
“The Financial Planner Series is one of the premier training programs in the country that teaches advisers how to identify, communicate and devise solutions for the financial needs of small business and executives,” said Daxon, in a press release.
The Raymond James Financial Center provides ongoing education and professional training for the firm’s more than 6,000 financial advisers. The Institute’s wide-ranging curriculum encompasses many disciplines in the financial services industry and is designed to enable the financial adviser to recognize, quantify, illustrate and solve financial problems as the key to providing superior customer service to the client.
Prior to joining Raymond James in 1988, Campa-Flanagan was financial adviser with Halliburton & Associates in Clearwater.
