BELLEAIR – The Belleair Civic Association and Belleair Parks and Recreation Department is hosting this year’s Holiday Concert, “Sing JOY!” at Town Hall, 901 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Dec. 15, 7:30 p.m.
World-renowned tenor, Giorgio Aristo, and soprano, Melody Aristo-Kielisch, Belleair residents, will be the featured musical artists.
“Their voices have delighted audiences in opera and concert halls all over the world; Giorgio Aristo’s name is considered synonymous with Placido Domingo and Jose Carreras. These performers are versatile and have a repertoire ranging from the classical to popular genres,” a city press release said.
Other performers will join them and the audience will have an opportunity to hear them all perform a wide variety of holiday music. Admission is free. Light appetizers and festive beverages will be available.
“The Rising Stars of Belleair” concert will be held Sunday, Dec. 16, 6:30 p.m., at Town Hall, featuring performances from Aristo Vocal Performance Studio. The Rising Stars will be performing a variety of holiday classics to get people in the holiday spirit. The students also will perform pieces from Broadway to classical favorites. The concert also will be held at Belleair’s Town Hall. Admission is free.
