FirstLight HomeCare is owned and operated by a local husband-and-wife team Steve and Jennifer Rattner, who share a passion for growing a business in their local community and providing in-home support services for the aging population and others in need of assistance. Located in Clearwater, FirstLight HomeCare is well positioned to provide service to residents throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties.
