Detectives with Pinellas County Sheriff’s Burglary & Pawn Unit are asking the public for help to locate this man wanted in connection with a burglary at a Clearwater air conditioning and heating business.
CLEARWATER – Detectives with Pinellas County Sheriff’s Burglary & Pawn Unit are asking the public for help to locate a man wanted in connection with a burglary at a Clearwater air conditioning and heating business.
The burglary occurred “during the midnight hours” between Wednesday, April 9, and Thursday, April 10, according to the sheriff’s report at Cox Air Conditioning & Heating, 2198 Calumet St. in unincorporated, Clearwater.
Detectives said the suspect gained access to the property by cutting the chain link fence that surrounds the business. The suspect broke into two company vehicles stored inside of the fenced in area and then began to fill a 30-gallon rubber garbage can with air conditioning and heating related parts.
The suspect is described as a middle-aged white or Hispanic male with a thin build and short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a dark blue T-shirt, khaki cargo shorts and dark colored shoes.
