CLEARWATER – A Clearwater man was arrested on Oct. 2 after allegedly impregnating a 12-year-old girl, according to a Clearwater Police report.
The victim’s mother took her to the hospital after she complained of stomach pains, the report said. During the examination, the doctor determined that the victim was pregnant. The hospital contacted the police, and during the investigation, detectives determined that the suspect, Cesar Ernest Alcivar, 40, had sexual interaction with the victim multiple times during the past year.
Alvicar was arrested and charged with sexual battery on a child and was being held at the Pinellas County Jail without bail.
