Obituary: Helene Louise (nee Gavron) Zeager

Helene Louise (nee Gavron) Zeager, 90, passed away October 1, 2012 at Brightmoor Nursing Center in Griffin, Georgia.
Helene was raised in Ohio and was a graduate of Lorain High School, Lorain, Ohio.
She was married May 7, 1949 to Charles A. Zeager and they resided in Fairview Park, Ohio. They retired to Clearwater, Florida in 1976.
Helene was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society and St. Angela Merici Catholic Church of Fairview Park. She was an avid golfer who loved to read, cook, travel and entertain.
She was predeceased by her husband Charles Zeager of Clearwater; brothers, Charles Gavron of Bay Village, Ohio and Frank Gavron of Lorain; and sisters, Agnes Gavron of Lorain and Marcella Brichford of Lakewood, Ohio.
She is survived by her son, Bruce Zeager (Bonnie) of Barnesville, Georgia and daughter, Jill Hyman (John) of Flemington, New Jersey; grandsons, B.J. Zeager (Jennifer) of Barnesville, Matthew and Benjamin Hyman of Flemington; and granddaughter, Angel Van Der Gracht (Sean) of Dunedin, Florida.
Memorial service will be held October 13, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter the Rock Catholic Church, 3594 Barnesville Hwy., Thomaston, Georgia 30285.
