SAFETY HARBOR – The Safety Harbor Public Library Foundation recently announced the 2012 Treasures of the Harbor winners at the Safety Harbor Museum and Cultural Center grand re-opening on Dec. 7.
The foundation has honored three community leaders in three groups: Kevin Neumann in the Pearl category of people age 30 and younger; Dottie Russell in the Ruby category of people ages 31-60; and Bobbie Wheeler in the diamond category of people ages 61 and older.
Since 2008, the foundation has recognized Treasures, who are true community volunteers who go above and beyond to make the city a special place to live, work and play.
