Donations, volunteers needed to Paint from the Heart

SAFETY HARBOR – The 16th annual Paint Your Heart Out Safety Harbor Day on April 1 will help beautify five homes for those needing a helping hand with a fresh coat of paint and new landscaping.
“Paint from the Heart,” over the past 15 years, has helped 95 homeowners in the city of Safety Harbor through the team effort and support of volunteers, local businesses and other community sector members.
Organizations and individuals, who wish to contribute funding to help pay for the tools, paint and other materials needed for PYHO Safety Harbor’s Paint Day, can call Chuck Bachteler, fundraising chairman, at 789-0911 or 742-2956.
Merchandise and funding sponsorships also are available to provide volunteer painters and laborers with free bottled water and lunch at the conclusion of paint day. Donations can be mailed to PYHO Safety Harbor, P.O. Box 1131, Attn. Chuck Bachteler, Safety Harbor, FL 34695. PYHO is a charitable nonprofit organization and all PYHO contributions are tax deductible.
