Pinellas County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for help to ID this man accused of stealing a bankcard from a residence in Dunedin.
DUNEDIN - Detectives assigned to the Burglary/Pawn Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a residential burglary suspect who stole from a private residence in Dunedin.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s report, the burglary occurred between the evening hours of Friday, Dec. 26, and the morning of Saturday, Dec. 27.
The suspect stole the victim’s bankcard, which was later used by a black male to purchase promotional gift cards at a Walmart store located at 3501 34th St. S. in St. Petersburg. The card was also used at an Exxon gas station and Red Box machine in the St. Petersburg area.
The black male was observed to be wearing jeans, a black sweatshirt and a white and black striped beanie cap. He was last observed to be walking to a white, two-door vehicle with a dark tinted sunroof covering the top of the vehicle roof.
The investigation continues.
