DUNEDiN – The Dunedin Green Market will be open every Friday and Saturday starting Nov. 2 for its ninth season.
The Green Market offers a nice change from your average grocer. Each market day is a different market experience with different vendors. A wide variety of vendors will be selling items including: organic produce, cheeses, artisan bread, plants and herbs, local honey, all natural pet treats, pickles, Alaskan salmon, Florida seafood, olive salad, pastries and orchids. Free entertainment and parking is available.
Opening day activities on Friday and Saturday will include free birthday cake celebrating are re-opening, free raffles hourly and live entertainment starting at 10:30 a.m.
The market is located in downtown Dunedin in Pioneer Park at the corner of Main Street and Douglas Avenue. Every Friday and Saturday, hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every week until the end of April. Starting May, Saturday hours will be 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. until the end of July.
