Pinellas County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for help to identify a man who attempted to rob TD Bank in Dunedin Tuesday morning.
DUNEDIN – Pinellas County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for help to identify a man who attempted to rob TD Bank about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29.
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit said the suspect entered the TD Bank at 28100 U.S. 19 N. in Dunedin and handed a teller a note, requesting money. After a few minutes, the suspect left the bank on foot without any money. No one was injured during the incident and no weapon was seen at the time of the attempted robbery.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, 160 pounds, 27 to 35 years old with dark hair. He was last seen wearing a white ball cap with a Super Bowl XXXIII emblem printed on the front, a dark coat and a red Tampa Bay Buccaneers shirt.
