LARGO – The Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce and the city of Largo will present an informational program designed to assist businesses in successfully meeting the new signage criteria on Thursday, Feb. 28, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., in the community room of Largo City Hall, 201 Highland Ave.
Representatives from the city and sign industry will provide presentations and offer one-on-one assistance. Topics to be covered include “The Largo Sign Code Then and Now,” “The Sign Permit Process,” “Signage and the Florida Building Code,” “Sign Incentives” and “Hiring a Sign Contractor Things to Know.”
The deadline for compliance of the new sign ordinance is June 5, 2017. To reserve seating, call the chamber at 584-2321 by Feb. 25.
