LARGO – A Largo woman, charged with running a drug house on Keene Park Drive, was arrested June 20.
Formerly convicted felon Jill Danielle Kettlehone, 35, was found to have ammunition and drugs in her home when it was searched that day. The Largo police reported that they received at least three tips about suspicious activity surrounding either Kettlehone specifically or the home she was living in.
The department’s Problem Oriented Policing, or POP, unit began investigating. They were able to confirm “elements of the tips” through a traffic stop, stated department spokesman Lt. Paul Amodeo. With information obtained during the stop and their investigation, police were able to establish probable cause.
“It culminated in a search warrant on (June) 20,” Amodeo said.
At around 11 a.m., the Tactical Apprehension and Control team raided the house. Along with ammunition, they found eight tablets of morphine sulfate and five tablets of hydromorphone. Kettlehone was charged with possession of the drugs, as well as two counts of possession of ammunition by a felon, all felonies. She also is accused of operation a drug house, a misdemeanor.
