Largo Lions Club seats officers

LARGO – The Largo Lions Club recently seated its new officers for 2008-09.

Taking over as president is Carolyn Tinney. She replaces David Bazinet who stepped down.

Other new officers are: Ron Tucker, first vice president; Rodney Woods, second vice president; Helene Bazinet, third vice president; Anita McHenry, secretary; John Day, treasurer; Ian Collinson, tail twister, and Richard Lingle, lion tamer.

Appointed to the board of directors for two-year terms were Bill Summers, Richard Knutson, Willis Harvey and Don Feaster. Named to one-year terms were Kim Feaster, Deborah Pettingill, George Feaster and Christine Collinson. David St.Martin was appointed membership chairman.

George Feaster and Richard Knutson received 50-year pins. William Summers was cited for 46 years of service.
