LARGO – Portofino at Indian Rocks, 13300 Walsingham Road, is continuing its renovation plans by upgrading the entire condo property with a fresh new look.
Waterstone Capital Largo LLC is the owner of the majority of units at Portofino of Indian Rocks. Eli Dadon, Waterstone manager, feels that the outdoor areas of the property deserve as much attention to detail as the interiors of the units.
“Changing the outside appearance to a Miami-style landscaping gives the property a relaxed and upscale look – both indicative of Florida living,” he said in a press release.
David Swingle of Swingle Landscaping is in the process of upgrading and replacing the current landscaping. Texture-rich plants are being used throughout the property to compliment typical Florida plants that can withstand our warm and wet climate. Plans are in place to not only enhance the areas around the units, but to also compliment the walkways leading to the outdoor amenities such as the pools, tennis court and soon to come picnic areas.
“Well-designed and planned landscaping compliments the entire property,” Dadon said. “Our goal is to create an inviting atmosphere with enhanced curb appeal.”
Waterstone Capital Largo LLC purchased the majority of the property in November 2013. The company’s intent is to upgrade the appearance and renovate the condos with state-of-the-art amenities. Landscaping is just one of the many areas of renovation currently taking place.
