PALM HARBOR – Pinellas County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help to find the man who robbed the Publix grocery store on U.S. 19 N. in Palm Harbor about 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6.
According to detectives, the unidentified white male implied he had a gun and demanded money from the store manager. After receiving the money, the subject fled the area on foot.
Surveillance video shows the suspect wearing a red curly wig under a black hat with the letters “TK” on it. He was also wearing a long sleeve black shirt and tan cargo pants. The suspect appears to have black make-up on his face in an attempt to conceal his identity.
