PALM HARBOR – Pinellas County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a Holiday man on Oct. 31 on one count of sexual battery on a child under age 12.
Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit began their investigation on Sept. 11, when the victim child disclosed to her mother that she had been molested by Richard Noh, 51, in 2012.
Through their investigation, detectives determined that the girl had been molested on multiple occasions between April and June 2012.
Detectives made contact with Noh Oct. 31. Noh admitted to the allegations but denied that it occurred on more than one occasion, according to the sheriff’s report. He was arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail. No bond was set.
