PALM HARBOR – Friends of the East Lake Community Library plan a joint venture with Florida Cruise Planners/American Express Travel and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line for a 5-day cruise out of Tampa Feb. 11-16 on the Jewel of the Seas.
Friends of ELCL will earn a $100 donation for every stateroom booked. Space on the Jewel of the Seas has been reserved for the group.
