PINELLAS PARK – A Pinellas Park man added a felony to the accusation against him after kicking the officer arresting him Sept. 3, Pinellas Park police reported.
Aeneas Hennessey, 56, was first arrested for a misuse of the wireless 911 system. Officers had responded to the 4300 block of 84th Avenue to investigate a possible battery. They charged Hennessey after an investigation.
While being taken to a transport van, Hennessey became uncooperative and reportedly kicked the Pinellas Park police officer. He was booked into the Pinellas County Jail, held on a $5,150 bond.
