PINELLAS PARK – Cheddar’s Casual Café recently leased 85,500 square feet of land at Park Boulevard and 43rd Street in Pinellas Park from Belleair Development Group.
Cheddar’s plans to develop the site and build a 7,938-square-foot restaurant on the property. Jim Kovacs of Colliers International Tampa Bay represented Cheddar’s and the BDG represented itself.
Cheddar’s is expected to open in spring 2013 and will be the third location in the Tampa Bay area and the fifth in Florida.
The other two local restaurants are in Tampa on Causeway Boulevard and in Clearwater on Roosevelt Boulevard.”
