PINELLAS PARK – Thousands of adults and children attended the fourth annual Holiday in the Park on Dec. 2 at the England Brothers Band Shell.

The event was preluded the night before by the Rockin’ Under the Stars Oldies Concert that featured Hank Shaw and the Ocean Road Band and Delusions of Grandeur Band.

The holiday bash was sponsored by the Pinellas Park Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association and featured live music, concession stands and hayrides.

“It was the largest turnout in the event’s four-year history and next year promises to be even better,” said Tim Caddell, city media director.
