Rotary Club to host auction

SEMINOLE – The Rotary Club of Seminole will host its annual Rotary Goes Hollywood auction event on Saturday, Nov. 14, 6 p.m., at the Belleair Country Club, One Country Club Lane in Belleair.
The event will feature cocktails and diner, music and dancing, silent and live auction, and door prizes and surprises.
Tickets for the black-tie-optional event will be $100 a person. Proceeds will go to the organization’s charitable foundation. In the last three years, the auction events have helped provide more than $92,000 to local community projects, scholarships, eradication of polio worldwide, international humanitarian needs and disaster support.
The local organizations supported by the auction proceeds include the Interfaith Food Pantry, Pinellas Village, Orange Grove Elementary, Seminole High School and the Rotary Camp of Florida.
