Seminole Fire Rescue crews respond to a crash Oct. 29 on Seminole Boulevard and 106th Avenue.
SEMINOLE – Seminole Fire Rescue crews used the Jaws of Life to free two people trapped in their vehicle after a crash between a sedan and truck on Seminole Boulevard and 106th Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
It took about 30 minutes to remove the driver and passenger from the sedan after the crash that occurred about 2 p.m., according to Brad Dykens, public information officer for Seminole Fire Rescue. They were transported to Bayfront Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the truck refused treatment at the scene.
The southbound lane of Seminole Boulevard was closed for about one hour.
Seminole Fire Rescue crews from Engines 29, 32, Truck 29, Squad 29 and the District Chief 29 responded.
