SEMINOLE – The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that took place into a residence Oct. 30 in a quiet Seminole neighborhood.
According to a sheriff’s spokeswoman, at about 11:40 p.m. shots were fired into a glass window of a home at 12172 Julian Ave.
A 28-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman who were inside the home were uninjured. Bullet holes and shattered glass were found inside.
According to a sheriff’s report, the gunfire damaged a television and an aquarium. Spent shell casings were found in the front yard, next to the driveway.
Witnesses reported hearing a vehicle squeal its tires as it left the scene.
According to property owner David Surette, the two tenants have been evicted.
