SEMINOLE – The City of Seminole is seeking residents interested in filling a vacant position on the city’s Tree Advisory Committee.
The committee consists of five members who are appointed for three-year terms. This committee is responsible for annually updating and administering a written plan for the care, preservation, pruning, planting, replanting, removal or disposition of trees and shrubs in public areas. The committee also may be asked to review other related issues and to assist with the planning of the annual Arbor Day celebration.
