SEMINOLE – Pinellas County Sheriff’s detectives are asking the public for help to locate a 58-year-old man missing since Dec. 4.
According to a sheriff’s report, Robert E. Dulin was reported missing by the administrator at the Pine Tree Assisted Living Facility, 10476 131st. St. N. in Seminole. He was last seen leaving Congressman Bill Young’s office in Seminole about 11 a.m. Dec. 4. He reportedly frequents the Congressman’s office.
Dulin was last seen wearing a white and blue plaid, long-sleeved shirt, jeans and white tennis shoes. Dulin walks with a gait, bent elbow with arm close to his body and one or two fingers pointing outward. He has a cranium abnormality and a false eye from injuries sustained in automobile accident in the 1970s.
Dulin is believed to be endangered, due to his physical and mental disabilities.
