Osceola High School Warrior Pride Band
SEMINOLE – The Osceola High School Warrior Pride Band won an opportunity to participate in the 2005 Florida Marching Band Championships.

Through hard work and dedication, the band has achieved, for the first time in the 25 years of the school’s history, what Don Edwards envisioned in the summer of 2005: a chance to go to state competition.

This milestone was not the bands’ only accomplishment. The Osceola High School “Warrior Pride” Marching Band also participated and placed:

• First in drumline at the Seminole Sound Spectacular

• Best brass and best woodwinds at the Largo Golden Invitational

• First place class “A” at the Eastlake Classic Invitational

Under the direction of Edwards and Jerry Negron Jr. as drum major, the Osceola High School Band has begun to build a new tradition of hard work and recognition.
