SEMINOLE – Four City Council candidates met the Dec. 17 qualifying deadline and will be on the ballot for the city’s March 12 election.
Interim Mayor Leslie Waters was unopposed for her seat and will serve a full term as mayor.
Incumbent city councilors Jim Quinn and Thomas Barnhorn are on the ballot, along with challengers Thomas Christy and Matt Nilssen.
The four candidates will be seeking terms of three years, seven months that will carry their term of service through November 2016.
