Tampa Bay Newspapers offers its Ongoing Calendar service to clubs and organizations who have events on a regularly scheduled basis. For example a club that meets every Monday or second Mondays at 1 p.m. at the club house. Announcements of events other than those regularly scheduled can be submitted using our Announcements Form.

Announcements may be edited for length and style.

Ongoing Calendar items should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to Calendar, Tampa Bay Newspapers, 9911 Seminole Blvd., Seminole, FL 33772. Please include the regularly scheduled date, time, place and a contact phone number. Calendar items also may be submitted using the following form.
