SAFETY HARBOR — The fifth annual Beer & Burger Throw Down returns to Safety Harbor Waterfront Park on Saturday, April 20, noon to 6 p.m., at Waterfront Park, 110 Veterans Memorial Lane, Safety Harbor.

Admission is $5 a person. Active military and children age 11 and younger will be admitted for free. A portion of the proceeds from entry fees and beer sales will be donated to the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation and the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

The event will feature local burger restaurants, food trucks and breweries. Patrons will get the opportunity to try burgers from 15 local burger restaurants/food trucks and craft beer samples from six local breweries. Entertainment will include performances by Radio Crime, Stone Grey and The Petty Hearts, a Tom Petty tribute band.

There also will be a kid’s zone, a game area, a vendor market, and more.
