Honeymoon Island Bluegrass Festival draws 500-plus

Temperatures were in the upper 70s for the bluegrass fest's fifth edition.

The Kody Norris Show wowed, both with wildly colorful outfits and rousing performances of traditional favorites. Other performers included the Amanda Cook Band, whose sets weaved in some “newgrass” material, and Justin Mason & Blue Night, fronted by a 12-year-old warbler with Dolly Parton-decibel vocal power.
