CLEARWATER — The Tampa Bay region’s wholesale water supplier, Tampa Bay Water, has a new website at tampabaywater.org.

The new, mobile-friendly website went live on May 1 and meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, as verified through an accessibility audit by experts in website and technology accessibility.

In planning for the redesign, Tampa Bay Water conducted a survey and reviewed website analytics to understand what content is most important to its stakeholders. The utility used this information to create a website that reflects the agency mission, vision and values; helps achieve the goals and objectives of its strategic plan; and creates a user-centric design and experience for all stakeholders.

The website provides easy access to helpful content and tools, many of which can be found on the homepage.

Tampa Bay Water is the largest wholesale water supplier in Florida, providing high-quality drinking water to its members, who in turn, supply water to more than 2.5 million residents of the Tampa Bay area. Tampa Bay Water member governments include the cities of New Port Richey, St. Petersburg and Tampa, and the counties of Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas.
